Al-massar Organization
A non-governmental organization officially registered in 2024, headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, with an additional office in Sudan. The organization originated as a youth-led initiative in Sudan in 2020 and evolved into a formal entity in Uganda. It focuses on empowering women and youth through programs that promote peacebuilding, social inclusion, and community development.

To enhance the leadership capacities of youth and women, ensuring their active participation in building stable and balanced communities.
1. Enhance the participation of women and youth in decision-making processes and public life, ensuring their voices are effectively represented.
2. Develop leadership capacities among young people and women to strengthen their roles in community development and social transformation.
3. Promote equality and fair representation across all social and institutional structures.
4. Encourage active community engagement and foster collaboration among diverse groups to build inclusive and resilient communities.
5. Collaborate with national and international partners to advance peacebuilding efforts and achieve transitional justice.
